Rylei Franks is a singer/songwriter who in 2015, and 2016 was voted Washingtons #1 singer/songwriter. From there he has made two albums, one of which was produced by Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Bonnie Guitar. Now, he tours the region playing his eclectic set of covers and originals.
